(3 and last) I think we need a new word for a sex act in which the insertor stays inserted in the hole he penetrated, and remaining inside, is able to do what he has to in order to ejaculate, not withdrawing from the hole until he is finished. When he does withdraw, you can then see cum leaking out of the hole. Maybe not immediately, but within a few minutes. They ARE creampies, by the definition of creampie that they held back in "vintage days," where what made it a creampie was its visibility on the bush more than its leaking out of the vagina.
